We placed a deposit on a shed March 29th. We loved that we could customize it exactly how we wanted. Sales person was friendly and helpful. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery which would be by the end of May, approximately. May came and went. We finally got a delivery date, Friday, June 12. My husband took the day off work. He talked to someone on Thursday and was told we would be the second delivery of the day. Friday arrived. Didn’t hear from anyone all day. By three o’clock we were getting anxious so my husband called again to check in. We were told they should still be coming. At 6:20 pm we finally we received a phone call from the delivery driver that he was just leaving Maine (we live in Rhode Island) and would not be making it. So we took time out of work and sat around all day and at no point did somebody consider reaching out to us. Talked to them again Saturday. They said they would get it to us that afternoon. Didn’t hear from them again until Sunday. On Sunday they called and rescheduled for Tuesday. Tuesday comes and the shed finally arrives! But, it was delivered with a hole in the floor. The delivery driver reported it and my husband called and talked to someone about it. We were told someone would reach out to us to fix it. It’s been over two weeks and we have yet to receive a phone call or email. The lack of consideration and customer service is extremely disappointing and I would never give them my business again.

Excellent experience with Safe Harbor Sheds! The shed is high quality, very well built, and exactly what I was looking for. Jeff was knowledgeable, courteous, and made the ordering process easy. The price was very fair, and delivery was smooth and seamless.

I purchased a 10 x 14 Old Hickory shed in Hardware, customized with a front and side entrance, detailed with windows above each for added light, from Jeff Wood, owner of Safe Harbor Sheds in East Greenwich, RI!  It arrived today!  I could not be more pleased with not only the quality of the shed itself, but with the service that I received throughout the process.  Jeff is amazing to work with as he provided guidance, answering all my questions with respect and professionalism.  I felt the shed was reasonably priced for the quality and Jeff worked with me to figure out the best payment options. I am very grateful for his clear and consistent communication, as well as delivering everything as promised!  In my opinion, Jeff went above and beyond with every interaction!!

The delivery itself was mind blowing on how the Keith “Red“ carefully maneuvered the shed into the yard, being mindful of our property and ensuring the shed was in the exact spot that I wanted.

The team at Safe Harbor Sheds Swansea came through and delivered. I was up against a tight timeline and they got me my shed before end of month. The team was attentive and communicated well. I was impressed with the actual delivery of the shed. Truck and driver were awesome. Check out the pic of how they positioned it in place. Gently placed into position and ensured it was level.
